We want to introduce The Zero Interference Sling by Upland Sportsman
, the creator of The Upland Sling. The Upland Sling was developed while hunting and training in Colorado, where the time spent carrying a gun far exceeded the time spent shooting. We wanted a better way to enjoy longer days in the fields and still be ready to shoot a wild flushing bird at any moment. After spending a significant amount of time searching available sling options, we couldn’t find a solution.
We want to introduce Upland Sportsman, the creator of The Upland Sling
At that moment, we decided to invent our own and set out to create a sling that met the needs of the modern bird hunter:
- Ability to carry the gun in a natural and ready position
- Weight carried by shoulders and not the waist or arms
- Zero interference with normal swing, point, and shoot movement
- Adjustable for any clothing or shotgun
- Fit any sized hunter
With these goals in mind, we developed the Upland Sling and discovered some additional benefits. The sling keeps the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, allowing new and youth hunters to safely enjoy their time in the field. The ability to accommodate different levels of experience also fosters growth in the sport we love by making sure those first few upland hunting experiences aren’t plagued by sore arms.
The Upland Sling answers the common question we have all had
The Upland Sling answers the common question we have all had. How do I enjoy a full day of hunting and not end up with tired sore arms? Previously, the only options were to deal with it, buy a lighter shotgun, or use a traditional sling that made shooting quickly impossible. The Upland Sling solves that problem for the upland hunting community.
It doesn’t matter if you are bird hunting in Texas, pheasant hunting in South Dakota, or dove hunting in Argentina, your hunt will benefit with the use of the Upland Sling. At Upland Sportsman, we like to hunt smarter, not harder. Happy hunting!
